Experience:
Fiona is a fully accredited Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist and has been working in the field of Psychotherapist since 2005, both in private practice and in various organisations including Pieta House, Daughter’s of Charity Child & Family Service and the Rape Crisis Service.
Fiona works with adults and adolescents using an integrative approach combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Bodywork and creative media. Fiona works with children from 8 + using therapeutic play. Fiona believes that at the core of therapy is the therapeutic relationship and that the relationship between client and therapist is central to healing.
