I am a trainee Integrative Psychotherapist with a background in psychology and frontline support work. I hold a degree in Psychology and a diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I have experience working with individuals and families navigating complex life transitions, addiction, mental health challenges, and social exclusion.
My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. Drawing from integrative principles, I tailor my work to the needs of each client, creating a safe, collaborative space where exploration, healing, and growth can unfold at your own pace.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked extensively in community and housing services, supporting people through crisis, addiction, trauma, mental health issues, and resettlement. This experience deeply informs my practice, particularly in working with trauma, identity, belonging, and resilience.
I believe therapy is about fostering self-understanding, self-trust, and meaningful change. I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered.
