Guiding you safely through life's challenges

          • Welcome to NorthStar

Counselling, CBT and psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults

The North Star is a symbol of inspiration, hope and personal growth. When we find our NorthStar we know which direction we're heading. We are all on a journey through life and sometimes we face challenges that can steer us off course. Just as the North Star is a guiding light for wayward travellers, so too is our internal NorthStar like a compass guiding us. Sometimes we lose sight of our journey and we reach out for guidance. That's when we at NorthStar are here to help - to guide you safely through life's challenges.

Our team is here to support you.
