Michelle, a shining beacon of efficiency and compassion, serves as the Office Administrator and Receptionist at NorthStar Counselling and Therapy Centre. With a fervent dedication to fostering a nurturing environment, Michelle plays an instrumental role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the clinic on a day-to-day basis.

From Mondays through Thursdays, between the hours of 10am and 2pm, Michelle is readily available to lend an attentive ear, address inquiries, and extend her helping hand. Her commitment to providing genuine support and assistance shines through as she embodies the spirit of NorthStar's ethos.

Michelle is not just an administrator; she's a compassionate guide, someone who thrives on helping individuals find solace and healing. Her innate passion for aiding others resonates with the core values of NorthStar Clinic, making her an indispensable part of the team.

Her journey to NorthStar began after Michelle ventured beyond her role as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the Media and Hospitality sector. Michelle's transition to the healthcare realm was motivated by her innate desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Drawing from her previous experience, she now channels her expertise towards uplifting the clinic's services and enriching the overall customer experience.
