Counselling & Psychotherapy
Counselling & psychotherapy offers you the opportunity to express your worries and problems in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space with a qualified, experienced therapist. A skilled therapist knows how to really listen and support you in your awareness and insight to your problems. Communicating your worries to someone else helps you gain clarity about your situation and helps you recognise where change may need to happen in order for you to gain a greater sense of balance in your life. Whether issues originate from the past or linger in the present Counselling & Psychotherapy will help put things into more perspective.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy [CBT]
CBT focuses mainly on the present, helping you identify and untangle negative or unhelpful thinking patterns that are leading to unhelpful choices. Together with your therapist you explore challenges and then collaboratively develop strategies that focus on making changes to improve your quality of life.
