Our Adult Therapy clinic
Counselling & psychotherapy offers you the opportunity to express your worries and problems in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space with a qualified, experienced therapist. Communicating your worries helps you recognise where change may need to happen in order for you to gain a greater sense of balance in your life.

where young individuals can find solace, understanding, and the tools to triumph over life's obstacles. Our clinic is a haven for teenagers seeking a brighter, more empowered future through therapy.
Our Children's Therapy Clinic
In our children's therapy clinic we provide a nurturing haven for children aged 4 - 12 years through Counselling & Psychotherapy, CBT and Play Therapy interventions.
We offer a safe and compassionate space where children can freely explore their emotions, articulate their feelings and navigate life's challenges with confidence.
Our Parent Support Clinic
At NorthStar we understand that parents need support too. We believe that healing happens within the family unit. Our parent support sessions aim to strengthen familial bonds, improve communication, and build a resilient foundation for both adults and children. We offer dedicated adult support sessions to help parents understand their own struggles in supporting their child's anxieties and emotional overwhelm more effectively.
Our Facilities
We are delighted to introduce you to our therapy rooms at NorthStar. Calm, safe, friendly, comfortable spaces for all ages to navigate life's challenges and to explore and process thoughts and emotions.
Reception Area
On the ground floor we have a welcoming reception area where clients may wait for their appointment or parents attending with their child or teen may sit and enjoy this comfortable calm space. In our reception area we also have an accessible toilet which is perfect for clients or people attending with them who may have mobilty challenges
The Parlour
Our beautiful ground floor therapy room. Ideal for adult and adolescent therapy sessions and parent meetings. This room is also perfect for elderly clients or children, teens or adults with mobility challenges who may find the stairs too difficult to navigate.
The Haven
On the first floor you will find The Haven, a beautiful tranquil space in which to process your thoughts and emotions with one of our professional and caring adult therapists.
The Den
Just across from the Haven our younger clients can enjoy some playful therapy in The Den with our amazing dedicated play therapists. This space offers children from age 4 -12, a colourful, uplifting space in which to explore what's happening in their world
The Loft
On the second floor right at the top of the building you will find The Loft. A space in which adults and adolescents can navigate their thoughts and emotions with one of our compassionate professional therapists.
The Nook
Next door to the loft we have The Nook. A warm and inviting space for our young clients from age 9 through to early teens to explore and express their thoughts and emotions with our warm, friendly, professional child and adolescent therapists.

How Do I Make An Appointment?
