With over 8 years of extensive experience in the field, Pauline has honed her expertise in working with teens and adolescents, using an integrative approach that harmoniously blends Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centred Therapy.

 

Throughout her illustrious career, Pauline has been a pivotal force in the mental health landscape, contributing her skills to the renowned organisation Pieta House. Her tenure at Pieta House saw her addressing a diverse range of complex issues, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, traumatic bereavement – including bereavement by suicide, depression, anxiety, bullying (both within school and workplace contexts), stress, self-esteem challenges, and the intricate balance between work and life.

Pauline's therapeutic philosophy is rooted in fostering an environment of trust and unwavering support for her clients.
