Lower Cost Counselling, Adults 18+

Hello! I’m Rebecca, and I bring over a decade of practical experience working with both adults, teenagers and children. My background spans social care work and teaching art classes, which naturally led me to deepen my expertise in art psychotherapy and person-centred counselling at the Dublin Art Therapy College, accredited by SETU.
I am a member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), as a student counsellor offering a lower-cost counselling service for adults from age 18. My approach is gentle and non-directive, fostering an environment where individuals can explore and heal with empathy and compassion.
The therapeutic approach I offer is a fusion of art therapy and counselling. Art therapy can be grounding, explorative and facilitate emotional expression in a unique way. When paired with counselling, it adds another layer to talk therapy, offering a creative outlet that does not rely on words alone. This makes it a great option for anyone who finds it challenging to express themselves verbally. All materials are provided, and there’s no need to worry about being “artistic” — it’s all about the process, not the end result.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable and supported. Whether you’re dealing with something specific or simply looking to grow personally, I’m here to offer you a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for you to explore what’s important to you.
