I am a 4th year BSc(Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy student, with PCI College/Middlesex University London. I am a student member of IACP and have completed the clinical requirements of the BSc(Hons) training.
Other training to date includes; CAMS; Collaborative Assessment & Management of Suicidality, SafeTalk, ASSIST, Mindfulness, Self-care and Personal Development. I am registered to begin a Diploma in Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy in September 2022.
I very much value and appreciate lifelong learning and continually strive to pursue both personal and professional development. I am extremely passionate about working in the area of mental health and offer a warm, friendly, safe space for clients to be heard without judgement.
I integratively combine the tools and techniques of the different modalities of counselling in my work and believe in a flexible, individualised, approach that works best for you. Within counselling and psychotherapy my aim is to provide a supportive, encouraging and trusting relationship with my client enabling empowerment in their choice and change through life's difficulties and challenges long after the therapy has ended.
